In 2001, the Martin family, entrepreneurs by trade,
decided to tackle a different venture,
one close to their hearts and stomach.
They founded Mangez, a catering company
inspired by their passion for fine dining and
la bonne vie, the good life. With little
experience to go on, the Martins assembled
a talented team to orchestrate their daring dream.
They assembled a team that was passionate about
cooking and a team with gravitas.

Now its 2010, and we are at it again.  Not only are
we still catering, but we have added a new restaurant
concept, "The Grazing Cow".  It is one of N. Texas'
only all natural grass-fed hamburger and hot dog joints,
featuring beef from our friends the Taggert's at
Burgundy Beef in Grandview, TX.

We believe in promoting local producers and believe
that you can still eat well by eating healthy!
